Dawn Hyde is the centre's riding instructor. She has a lifetime's experience with horses and riding, training in some of Europe's top equestrian centres.
She worked as a Montessori preschool director for 15 years.
She is a former Australian alpine ski champion and a qualified ski instructor.
Peter worked as a freelance journalist and photographer.
